The only reason i deducted a star, and it would only be half a star if i could have done that, was because the straw provided was not long enough. I highly recommend this company and their products! This company have a knack of getting it just perfect, hence the name i guess. The last two items i bought were beautiful, well made and such wonderful keepsakes that i will treasure forever. Delivery time was reasonable and contact was made regarding this.

They look exactly like the picture I designed thru the easy to use site! The tumblers are crystal clear and the design is vibrant and really cute! The tumblers are spill proof as they come with a seal that sits in the lid. I was delighted to see that the design is on two sides! They arrived when promised and pristine.

Ordered a customized welcome mat that appeared to be a brush mat with our pet's faces cartooned onto it. What we got was an oversized mouse pad from the 90's that had a brush mat screen printed on it along with the cartoon cats. When reaching out to the staff about it, they simply offered the current sale discount (15% off) as a refund. That would mean I'd still be out the money and have a giant novelty mouse pad I can't do anything with. That's about the only good thing they have going for them.
