Now this last time on June 7th I reached out to Kabco again trying to get them to come out and fix black mold growing through the fan in both bathrooms . We don’t use our guess bathroom and leave the door open so it never gets trapped air in there. Also I let them know on the 7th again with the air system that they installed is not cooling half the home and it never has. Well today they sent a service man but he didn’t do much but try and cover it up and spray bleach on the mold.

Triplewide homes are similar to doublewide homes except they are built and delivered in three sections and joined together to create one larger home. Singlewide homes are floor plans with one long section rather than two or more sections joined together. Shop our featured homes to find a floor plan that fits your family’s lifestyle and budget.
Reviews
Cabinets are mismatched, mismade, drawers don't align, multiple promises to fix that never happened. I regret spending the almost 180K on anything from Kabco. We could have bought a quality product compared to this duct-tape, cardboard, poorly made and cheaply made product. Manufactured and modular homes are built following a strict safety and construction code that is enforced by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Known as the HUD Code, these regulations are one of the main benefits of owning a new manufactured home. Recently, we decided to completely remodel our kitchen, which by the way will totally blow you away.

We did a complete remodel and the kitchen turned out even nicer than expected. BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB Rating & Accreditation
Keith Bennett and Mike Thompson, the owners of Kabco, invite you to tour one of their models at a local retailer today. Manufactured homes can be much more affordable than site-built homes because of the efffecient construction process of an indoor climate controlled manufacturing facility. Building a home in a factory environment means cost savings from buying materials in bulk to greatly reduced waste.

This ugly transition strip on the ceiling is falling down. Might I mention that their website falsely advertises the look of the home I purchased because there are no strips on the ceiling. The ceiling is smooth and without a floating ceiling strip. Carpets were spiked with Sheetrock dust when we got the house and I cant get it all up. Boards have fallen off of cabinet in master closet.
Manufactured homes
Modular Homes are constructed to state and local building codes. Manufactured Homes are single or multi section homes built to federally mandated building & safety standards known as the HUD Code. All sizes and dimensions are nominal or based on approximate builder measurements. As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. We enjoyed working with the outstanding professional team at Kabco Kitchens and highly recommend them. Two years ago we had a master bath, guest bath and laundry room remodeled by Kabco Kitchens and they have did an outstanding job.  We now have great confidence in their design, their quality of cabinets and most of all their impeccable talented team; Carlos, Alex, Julie, and Danielle . Originally founded in May of 2003, Kabco Builders, Inc. constructed its first HUD approved manufactured home by the fall of their first year. Now, with a combined 75 years of manufactured housing experience in Kabco’s upper management, they proudly produce one of the best built prefabricated homes on the market today.
In many cases, the cost of a manufactured home can be as much as 45% less costly than a comparable site-built home, minus the cost of land. We contacted KabCo Kitchens based mostly on their impressive Houzz portfolio and reviews. Then after meeting Carlos and visiting their showroom in Pembroke Pines we were further impressed and ready to hire them. We apologize for the issues you are having with your Kabco home. We did receive a punch list that only listed floor tile to have gaps. We currently have a work order processed for the tile flooring issue.

We love our new kitchen and believe Kabco did a great job from start to finish for us! Prior to selecting Kabco we had done an exhaustive review of Kabco and their top competitors in the Miami and Greater Ft. We feel very fortunate to have selected Kabco and would “highly recommend” them for anyone’s future cabinet or kitchen remodeling needs. Kabco Builders, Inc. first started designing & producing homes in May of 2003 and built its first HUD code home in October of 2003. Kabco Builders is an independent locally owned and operated company.
If you choose to do business with this business, please let the business know that you contacted BBB for a BBB Business Profile. Doublewide homes are built and delivered in two sections and joined together to create one larger home. The combination of design from both our kitchen and family room produce a jaw dropping design enjoyed by every visitor at our home.

Workers are on the job, rain or shine, putting you in your new home faster, and for far less money. I had reached out several times over the last 10 months of buying my home. I had to tear down a house and got an SBA loan and this was suppose to have been a new home never lived in.
Kabco “exceeded” our expectations throughout “every phase” of the process, ranging from the selection, design and installation of our kitchen and cabinets. Carlos and Julie offered great suggestions, provided incredible attention to detail and told us what we “needed” to hear, not just what we wanted to hear. We view them as being honest, hardworking and very professional. The construction and installation team were clean, fast and most importantly did an exceptional job.
In a Kabco Builders Home you have peace of mind in knowing you made the right decision for not only you, but for the environment.
